This is so awesome. Love this bag. The material is amazing. Great organizational. Wish maybe they could make a 22l or 24 l clamshell 8n this style backpack.
I’ve used my T22 for nine months, and it’s been a fantastic travel companion. It’s lightweight, genuinely comfortable to carry, and the organization is excellent. My laptop has stayed well protected on every trip, and the hidden and quick access pockets are far more useful than I expected. It also fits neatly under airplane seats—I took it on 19 flights in 2025 with zero issues, even when fully packed.
It’s not a flawless bag, but it gets impressively close. When the bag is fully loaded, the tech compartment can hold the laptop a bit tightly, “The Hatch” takes some time to get used to, and the water bottle holder inhibits access to the pockets.
Those are minor quirks, not real drawbacks. After months of heavy use, the T22 has proven to be a superb, highly capable bag and easily deserving of a 5 star rating.
Unboxing and first impressions gave me a wow experience, amazing zippers amazing materals. Cant wait to put it in true use. My only worry is how will it handle the outside winter conditions being on a motorcycle, however im excited.
The first thing I noticed was that the handle was incredibly soft. I use it for EDC; it's simple and clean, supporting my work, which is always on the go and sometimes requires me to leave town suddenly. This bag is very helpful and quick when I need to go out of town suddenly.
Got the X-Pac version and brought it with me to a 2-weeks trip. It looks, feels and IS premium, no doubt about it.
Do I use it as my EDC? yes
Is it perfect? nope
PROS:
- Build quality : top-notch
- Design (not only the looks): 80% of the bag is very well thought
- Durability : I didn't think on treating it with care but still no wear at all
- Comfort: 4/5 (because of the shoulder straps and the zipped inner pocket could have a bit more height)
CONS:
- The shoulder straps are beefy and comfy but a bit too wide for me (or maybe too much apart) as it never sat well centered on shoulders except when I used the sternum strap. This was annoying especially when it was fully packed
- The hatch is not really a quick access pocket: raise the lid, zip-down, take my item, zip-up with the lid in the way. This is not really easy/fast
